Our shipping fees are based on historical data, based on previous orders and may adjust with activity. Shipping cost will be discounted for multiple item orders.

The shipment method and shipping times vary depending on Product and Manufacturer. We ship UPS, FedEx, USPS, and Freight. To keep lower shipping costs for you the retailer, we can not accommodate expedited shipping requests, and we presently only ship within the continental United States.

At this time, our we do not ship to PO Boxes, APO and FPO addresses. These type of addresses are set up by the United States Postal Service for personal and military use. We ship products using UPS, Fedex, DHL and other private carriers that do not ship to PO Boxes, APO and FPO addresses.

PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

Ultimate T-Shirts-BallCaps.com Store provides our customers the opportunity to return products. Please read our return policy (below) before placing an order.

To return a product, go to the Orders page and view "all orders". Provide us the Order Number of the order you wish to return via Email at CustomerSupport@t-shirts-ballcaps.com. Please include the: 1. Reason for the return, 2. The problem/deficiency with the product, and 3. Whether you want a Replacement or a Credit. Additionally, request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

Once you receive the return authorization information from us via Email, you can return the product according to the Return Instructions provided with the RMA, for a full refund less any restocking fees and shipping costs. (Refund may take up to 2 weeks after product has been received by us.)

Please do not attempt to return any product without going through the RMA process. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
